Who this policy covers
Hustler is a builder network operated by Onezot. This policy covers the Hustler mobile app and website, including profiles, posts, crews, messaging, and calls.
Information we collect
- Account and profile: your Google sign-in identity, email address, name, profile photo, handle, bio, interests, and other profile details you choose to add.
- Content and activity: posts, comments, stories, uploaded photos and videos, likes, follows, saved items, crew membership, and activity needed to operate rankings and notifications.
- Communications: direct and crew messages, shared media, delivery and read status, and call records such as participants, type, status, and time. Calls use microphone and camera access when you grant it.
- Device and service information: push notification tokens, session information, technical request logs, and information needed to diagnose failures and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, display your profile and content, deliver messages and calls, send notifications you allow, run crews and feed features, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service. Public profile and post information can be visible to other users according to the visibility settings available in Hustler.
Permissions and service providers
Hustler asks for camera, microphone, photo or media, and notification permissions when those features need them. You can change device permissions in your phone settings. We use Google for sign-in, Firebase for push notifications, cloud storage for uploaded media, and hosting and database providers to operate the service. These providers process information needed for their services.
Sharing and security
Content you post publicly and profile details you make visible are shared with other users. Messages and crew content are shared with their intended participants. We do not sell your personal information. We use access controls, authenticated sessions, and encrypted connections to protect information, while recognizing that no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed to provide Hustler, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data using the Account Deletion page. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons; if so, we will explain that during the request process.
